PBL联合CBL在慢性肾脏病及腹膜透析专科规培带教中的应用研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的 研究PBL联合CBL教学法在慢性肾脏病及腹膜透析专科规培带教中的应用效果。方法 选择2018年12月-2019年12月在青岛大学附属医院肾内科进行规范化培训的住院医师60人作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(n=30)与观察组(n=30)。对照组采用常规带教方法进行临床带教,观察组采用PBL联合CBL方法进行临床带教,3个月后分别对两组规培医生进行理论和技能操作考试,同时进行规培生对临床老师带教工作的满意度调查。结果 观察组规培医生理论知识和技能操作考试的成绩及其对临床老师带教工作的满意度整体高于对照组规培医生(P<0.05)。结论 PBL联合CBL带教法在对慢性肾脏病及腹膜透析的专科规培带教中具有显著优势,能显著提高规培生的理论及技能操作能力,同时提高规培生对临床老师带教工作的满意度。 Objective To study the effect of PBL combined with CBL teaching method in the regular training and teaching of chronic kidney disease and peritoneal dialysis specialty.Methods 60 residents who received standardized training in the Department of Nephrology of the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from December 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=30) and observation group(n=30).The control group used the conventional teaching method for clinical teaching,and the observation group used the PBL combined with C.BL method for clinical teaching.Three months later,the two groups of regular training doctors were tested for theory and skill operation,and the satisfaction of regular training students with the teaching work of clinical teachers was investigated.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and skill operation tests and their satisfaction with the teaching work of clinical teachers in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with CBL has significant advantages in the specialized training and teaching of chronic kidney disease and peritoneal dialysis.It can significantly improve the theory and skill operation ability of the students,and improve their satisfaction with the teaching work of clinical teachers.
