跨国公司参与全球教育治理:动因、路径与挑战

Transnational Corporations’Participation in Global Educational Governance:Motivations,Paths and Challenges

作为全球教育治理的行为体之一,跨国公司对推动全球教育发展发挥着重要影响。跨国公司通过发挥其独特的资金与技术优势参与全球教育治理活动,这既符合其自身发展需求,也有助于建立企业的全球价值贡献形象。在参与治理活动的过程中,跨国公司扮演着“捐助商”“共建方”“设计师”“营造家”及“创新者”角色,为全球教育治理提供资金和技术支持、建设教育项目、开展教育活动、搭建交流平台、推动教育创新。跨国公司在参与全球教育治理的进程中也面临着诸多挑战,如其自身缺乏一定的中立性和权威性、追求社会责任时伴随着利益矛盾等。文章通过对跨国公司参与全球教育治理的动因、路径、现状分析,为中国企业助力全球教育问题的解决提出建议。

As one of the actors in global educational governance,transnational corporations play an important role in promoting the development of global education.Transnational corporations participate in global educational governance activities by taking their unique advantages in capital and technology.This not only meets their own development needs,but also helps to establish their global image in value contribution.In the process of participating in governance activities,transnational corporations play the roles of“donors”,“co-builders”,“designers”,“constructors”and“innovators”,providing financial and technical support,constructing education projects,carrying out educational activities,building communication platforms,and promoting educational innovation.Transnational corporations also face many challenges in the process of participating in global educational governance,such as their own lack of certain neutrality and authority,and the conflict of interests when pursuing social responsibility.Through the analysis of its motivation,paths and status quo,this paper offers relevant countermeasures and suggestions for Chinese corporations to help solve the problem of global education in the future.
