水稻氮肥利用现状及其对稻米品质影响的研究进展

Present Situation of Nitrogen Fertilizer Utilization in Rice and Its Effect on Rice Quality

水稻(Oryza sativa L.)是我国重要的粮食作物,随着经济水平的提高,消费者对优质稻的需求日趋增加。氮是水稻生长发育所需的营养元素,氮肥是稻米品质的重要影响因素,全面解析氮肥对稻米品质的影响对优质稻育种具有重要意义。对水稻氮肥利用研究现状和氮肥对稻米品质的影响进行了介绍,就提高氮肥利用率提出了改良策略,并对水稻氮肥高效利用前景进行了展望,以期为提高氮肥利用率和稻米品质提供参考。

Rice(Oryza sativa L.)is an important food crop in China.With the improvement of economic level,consumers’demand for high-quality rice is increasing.Nitrogen is the nutrient element required for rice growth and development,and nitrogen fertilizer is an important factor affecting rice quality.It is of great significance to comprehensively analyze the effect of nitrogen fertilizer on rice quality for high-quality rice breeding.This paper introduced the research status of rice nitrogen utilization and the effect of nitrogen fertilizer on rice quality,put forward improvement strategies for improving nitrogen use efficiency,and looked forward to the prospect of rice nitrogen efficient utilization,in order to provide reference for improving nitrogen utilization efficiency and rice quality.
