铁路职工血清同型半胱氨酸水平调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Serum Homocysteine Level of Railway Workers in a Certain Area

分析2021年某地区9839名铁路职工体检资料,结果显示该地区铁路职工同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)均值为(16.77±10.44)μmol/L,中位值13.1μmol/L,HHcy患病率77.27%,不同性别Hcy均值、中位值及HHcy患病率差异有统计学意义。HHcy以轻度为主,HHcy患病率及血清Hcy水平21~30岁年龄组偏高。合并HHcy的ASCVD极高危人群为72.33%,有高血压病史80.99%,有糖尿病病史69.15%,血脂异常80.79%;建议应进一步从加强健康教育、宣传防控知识和监测等方面制定干预措施。

The physical examination data of 9839 railway workers in a certain area in 2021 were analyzed.The results showed that the average Hcy of railway workers in this area was(16.77±10.44)μmol/L,the median value was 13.1μmol/L,and the prevalence rate of HHcy was 77.27%.There were significant differences in the average,median and prevalence rate of HHcy among different genders.HHcy is predominantly mild,and the prevalence of HHcy and serum Hcy levels are high in the 21 to age group.The very high-risk population of ASCVD with HHcy was 72.33%,with a history of hypertension 80.99%,a history of diabetes 69.15%,and dyslipidemia 80.79%.It is suggested that intervention measures should be formulated from the aspects of strengthening health education,publicizing prevention and control knowledge and monitoring.
