机车乘务员血脂水平与血脂异常分析

Analysis on Blood Lipids Level and Dyslipidemia of the Locomotive Drivers

根据某机务段2019—2022年机车乘务员健康体检资料,对乘务员血脂水平和血脂异常状况进行分析,得出机车乘务员血脂4项的人群平均值,并计算4年间各型血脂异常和4个年龄组血脂异常的患病率。分析结果表明,机车乘务员样本人群的总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的人群平均值在4年间呈现波动变化且平均值的变化差异显著性不同,血脂异常分型患病率呈小波动趋势,各型血脂异常患病率在不同年龄组间有差异且受人群年龄结构影响。对导致机车乘务员血脂异常的多种原因进行了分析,进而从健康教育、饮食治疗、生活方式改善及健康管理等方面提出了进一步完善机车乘务员血脂控制和血脂异常防治的建议。

According to the physical examination data of locomotive drivers in a locomotive depot from 2019 to 2022,the blood lipid level and dyslipidemia of locomotive drivers were analyzed,and the population average of four items of blood lipid of locomotive drivers was obtained,and the prevalence rates of various types of dyslipidemia and dyslipidemia of four age groups in four years were calculated.The results showed that the average values of total cholesterol,triglyceride,high density lipoprotein and low density lipoprotein in the sample population of locomotive drivers fluctuated in four years,and the difference of average values was significantly different.The prevalence rate of dyslipidemia showed a small fluctuation trend,and the prevalence rate of dyslipidemia was different among different age groups and affected by the age structure of the population.The various causes of abnormal blood lipid in locomotive drivers are analyzed,and then some suggestions on perfecting blood lipid control and prevention of abnormal blood lipid in locomotive drivers from aspects of health education,diet treatment,lifestyle improvement and health management are proposed.
