锭杆校直自动化的研究与应用

摘要 为保证锭杆校直质量,减轻工人劳动强度,改善工人工作环境,分析了锭杆热轧成型、纵切成型、热处理、人工校直后产生直线度误差和变形的原因。采用在滚丝机上带有机械手自动上下料的装置校直锭杆的方法,将锭杆放置在两校直滚轮之间的支撑板上,动滚轮沿径向快进、校直、快退、返回原位,通过滚轮的螺旋槽使锭杆沿轴向做反复弯曲变形,达到校直目的,同时介绍了校直滚轮、支撑板的结构特点和尺寸。实验结果表明:锭杆经粗磨工序后在滚丝机上校直,合格率达90%以上,班产达3 000支,为锭杆智能化制造创造条件。 In order to ensure the straightening quality of spindle rod, reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve the working environment of workers, the causes of straightness error and deformation of spindle rod after hot rolling forming, longitudinal cutting forming, heat treatment and manual straightening were analyzed. The method of straightening the spindle rod with the automatic loading and unloading device of the manipulator on the thread rolling machine was adopted. With the method, the spindle rod was placed on the support plate between the two straightening rollers, and the moving roller moved forward, straightened, retreated and returned to the original position along the radial direction, with the spindle rod repeatedly bent and deformed along the axial direction through the spiral groove of the roller to achieve the purpose of straightening. At the same time, the structural characteristics and dimensions of the straightening roller and the support plate were introduced. The experimental results show that the spindle rod is straightened on the thread rolling machine after rough grinding, and the qualified rate is more than 90%;and the rod output reaches 3 000, which creates conditions for intelligent manufacturing of spindle rod.
