煤层气地面集输系统压缩机能效提升方案研究 被引量:2

摘要 在煤层气产气量偏低、压缩机进气压力偏离设计工况下,以沁南煤层气田地面集输系统中的樊庄、郑庄两个区块集气站为研究对象,调研煤层气压缩机的能耗现状并提出能效提升方案。对郑二集气站单台DTY1000型往复式压缩机的历史数据分析发现,外输气量是制约压缩机能耗的关键参数。对比樊三站DTY1000型往复式压缩机和LGN40型螺杆式压缩机并联的能耗数据发现,在一定的外输气量范围内调节压缩机组合运行的方式存在节能空间,由此提出了基于历史数据的压缩机能效提升方案。在此基础上,进一步提出了在阀组处布置增压设备的阀组-集气站两级增压集输模式,以郑二站的阀组管线为例进行流程模拟发现,相比于现有集输模式,两级增压集输模式预计节能达12%,有望解决煤层气产气量相对减少与集输系统能耗偏高的矛盾。 Under the background of low gas production and compressor inlet pressure deviation from the design condition,this paper takes the gas collection stations in Fanzhuang and Zhengzhuang Blocks of the surface gathering and transportation system of Qinnan Coalbed Methane Field as the research object to investigate the current energy consumption of coalbed methane compressors,and put forward the method of energy efficiency improvement. By analyzing the historical data of a single DTY1000 reciprocating compressor in Zheng-2 Station,it is found that the gas transmission rate is the key parameter restricting the energy consumption of the compressor. By comparing the energy consumption data of DTY1000 reciprocating compressors and LGN40 screw compressors in parallel at Fan-3 station,it is found that there is room for energy saving in adjusting the combined operation of compressors within a certain range of external gas transmission amount. Therefore,a scheme for improving the energy efficiency of compressors based on historical data is proposed. Furthermore, a two-stage pressurization gathering and transmission mode of valve manifold-gas gathering station with pressurization equipment arranged at valve manifolds is proposed. Taking the valve manifold pipeline of Zheng -2 Station as an example, the results of process simulation show that the proposed two-stage pressurization gathering and transmission mode is expected to save 12% energy compared with the existing gathering and transmission mode. It is expected to solve the contradiction between the relative reduction of gas production of coalbed gas and the high energy consumption of the gathering and transportation system.
