油田管输交接计量系统的设计与应用

摘要 针对华北油田管输交接计量人为操作繁琐、劳动强度大、自动化程度低等问题,依托双转子流量计、射频式含水在线分析仪、科里奥利密度计等在线计量设备、用于计算计量数据的计量单元及已建的油气生产物联网系统,设计了一种油田管输交接计量系统。该系统包括数据采集端、数据处理端、数据传输端及服务器端四部分,数据采集端为各类计量设备,用于采集来液的体积流量、含水率、混液工况下密度、温度、压力;数据处理端为计量单元,用于计算来液中的油、水比例和纯油量;数据传输端依托于已建的油气生产物联网系统进行数据传输;服务器端包括计量数据存储及展示。基于B/S架构及Spring Boot后台框架,开发了油田管输交接计量软件,可实现计量数据实时展示、计量数据分析、计量凭证及外输交接报表自动生成等功能。现场应用表明,该系统可以实现油田管输交接数据的采集、存储、传输全过程自动化和集中调控,与人工取样化验计量对比,年纯油量的相对误差为0.3%以内,可满足贸易交接要求,应用于8个交接站点,减少交接计量人员21人,降低了劳动强度,推动了油田地面系统的发展,提升了原油交接管理水平。 Aiming at the problems of complicated manual operation,high labor intensity,and low degree of automation in the metering of pipeline transmission custody transfer in Huabei Oilfield,relying on online metering equipment such as double rotor flow meter,RF water content analyzer,Coriolis density meter,etc.,metering unit used to calculate metering data,and the established IOT system for oil and gas production,an oilfield pipeline transmission custody transfer metering system is designed.The system includes four parts: data acquisition end,data processing end,data transmission end,and server end. The data acquisition end is a variety of metering equipment,which is used to collect the volume flow,water content,density under liquid mixing condition,temperature and pressure of incoming liquid. The data processing end is a metering unit,which is used to calculate the proportion of oil and water,and the amount of pure oil in the incoming liquid. The data transmission end relies on the established oil and gas production Internet of Things system for data transmission. The server end includes metering data storage and display. Based on B/S architecture and Spring Boot background framework,the oilfield pipeline transmission custody transfer metering software is developed,which can realize the functions of real-time display of metering data,analysis of metering data,automatic generation of metering vouchers and export transmission handover reports. The field application shows that the system can realize the automation and centralized control of the whole process of collection,storage,and transmission of oilfield pipeline transmission custody transfer metering data. Compared with manual sampling,testing and metering,the relative error of annual pure oil volume is less than 0.3%,which can meet the requirements of trade handover. It is applied in 8 handover stations,reducing 21 handover metering personnel,reducing labor intensity,and promoting the development of oilfield surface systems,improving the management level of crude oil handover.
