摘要 针对智能心率监测服装监测数据准确性不明、穿着舒适度低等问题,总结其设计要素,分析成因并提出解决方法。首先,调研心率监测设备市场现状,搜集用户反馈并归纳智能心率监测服装的设计要素。然后,通过动、静态实验测试在不同变量影响下心率监测设备数据的准确性,总结影响监测数据准确性的因素。最后,对心率监测设备进行舒适性评价,并嵌入传感器制作智能心率监测服装,在保证监测准确性的基础上探索改善心率监测设备的舒适性。结果显示:智能心率监测服装的设计要素主要考虑数据准确性和服装舒适性;心电传感器比光电传感器监测准确性高且稳定,静息状态下佩戴者呈坐姿时监测数据最准确,而运动状态下合适的算法能够有效改善设备数据准确性。基于心电传感器的心率带监测数据准确但舒适性较差,嵌入心电传感器的智能心率监测服装能够有效改善舒适性。 Based on the problems of unknown accuracy of monitoring data and low wearing comfort of intelligent heart rate monitoring clothing,design elements were summarized,the causes of the problems were analyzed and solutions were put forward.Firstly,the heart rate monitoring equipment market was investigated,user feedback was collected and design elements of intelligent heart rate monitoring clothing were summarized.Then,the dynamic and static experiments were conducted to evaluate the effects of different variables on accuracy of the heart rate monitoring equipment,and the factors affecting the accuracy of the equipment were summarized.Finally,the comfort evaluation of the heart rate monitoring equipment was carried out,and an intelligent heart rate monitoring clothing was made by embedding sensors to explore how to improve the comfort of heart rate monitoring equipment on the basis of ensuring the accuracy of monitoring.The results showed that the design elements of intelligent heart rate monitoring clothing mainly included the data accuracy and clothing comfort.It was indicated that the monitoring accuracy of ECG sensor was higher and stabler than that of photoelectric sensor.The monitoring data was the most accurate when the wearer was sitting at rest,and the appropriate algorithm could effectively improve the data accuracy of the equipment in motion state.The heart rate band monitoring data based on ECG sensor was accurate,but the comfort was poor.The intelligent heart rate monitoring clothing embedded with ECG sensor could effectively improve the comfort.
