摘要
社会经济形势的发展对高等学校的人才培养提出了新的要求。围绕如何培养多样化人才这一中心 ,从改革人才培养模式、制订弹性的学籍管理制度和构建本科教育质量评估保证体系三个方面 ,对教学管理模式的改革进行了探索和实践。
With the developing of social economical situation, new demands for cultivating the students are put forward. From three aspects of reforming the cultivating patterns, making out elastic school registry system, and setting up the teaching quality system of evaluating and guarantee, the paper explores and practices the patterns of teaching management, to cultivate variety students.
