摘要 阳光玫瑰的营养价值和经济价值都很丰富,近年来深受果农们的喜爱,是很多果农的主要经济来源之一。随着种植面积的不断扩大,黄化病也逐渐愈演愈烈,黄化病是对葡萄重要种植地区影响产量的主要病害之一,黄化病一旦发生葡萄的产量和品质受到都会受到较大的影响,对果农种植的积极性和葡萄产业的发展都有很大的打击。因此,进一步探究“阳光玫瑰”叶片矿质元素含量及黄化原因具有重要意义。本实验用原子吸收光谱法测定阳光玫瑰不同黄化程度中矿质元素钙、铁、镁和钾的含量,通过对比分析矿质元素的含量进一步分析叶片黄化的原因,通过营养诊断阳光玫瑰种植,指导合理施肥提供依据,以达到树体营养元素互相平衡,为黄化病的矫治技术提供理论依据。 Shine Muscat is very rich in nutritional value and economic value. In recent years, it is very popular among fruit farmers and is one of the main sources of income for many families. With the continuous expansion of planting area, chlorosis is gradually becoming more and more severe.Once xanthosis occurs, the yield and quality of grapes will certainly be greatly affected, which will be a great blow to the enthusiasm of fruit growers and the development of grape industry. Therefore, it is of great significance to further explore the content of mineral and the causes of yellowing of Shine Muscat leaves. In this experiment, the content of calcium, iron, magnesium and potassium in mineral elements was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry in different yellowing degree of the sun rose. By comparing the content of mineral elements to further analyze the cause of the leaf etiolation, through nutritional diagnosis of sunshine rose planting, provide the basis for guiding reasonable fertilization, achieves the tree nutrient element balance each other, as to provide theoretical basis for treatments of the yellowing disease technology.
