Research and Practice on the Teaching Mode of "Goal Guidance-Mutual Learning Community" in Tourism Accounting

教学模式是影响教学质量的关键因素之一,根据应用型本科院校旅游管理专业学生的特点,立足旅游会计学课程性质和教学现状开展教学改革,提出以学生为中心,问题为导向,坚持理论与实践的紧密结合。在目标引导下主动学习、小组互助、共同成长,全面提升综合能力的“目标引导-互助学习共同体”教学模式。其基本思路是:成立互助学习共同体,明确目标,激发学生自主学习的主动性,多措井举,持续激发并保持学生的学习兴趣,提高有效参与度,实现育人目标。旅游会计学“目标引导-互助学习共同体”教学模式改革符合应用型本科院校人才培养要求,对提高学生理论联系实际能力、自我学习能力和职业发展能力起到了积极的促进作用。

Teaching mode is one of the key factors affecting teaching quality. Combining the characteristics of students majoring in tourism management in application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities, this paper carries out teaching reform in combination with the nature of tourism accounting courses and the current teaching situation, and proposes a “Goal Guidance-Mutual Learning Community” teaching model, which is student-centered, problem oriented, adheres to the close combination of theory and practice, actively learns under the guidance of goals, small groups help each other, and grows together, and comprehensively improves the comprehensive ability. The basic idea is to establish a mutual learning community, define goals, stimulate students’ initiative in independent learning, take multiple measures, continuously stimulate and maintain students’ interest in learning, adopt scientific methods, improve effective participation, and achieve the goal of education. The reform of the teaching mode of "Goal Guidance-Mutual Learning Community" in tourism accounting is in line with the requirements of talent training in application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities, and plays a positive role in promoting students’ ability to connect theory with practice, self-learning ability and career development ability.
