科教兴国战略视域中弘扬科学家精神研究

On Encouraging Dedication to Science in Line with the Strategy for Invigorating China through Science and Education

新时代深入实施科教兴国战略是落实“科技是第一生产力”“人才是第一资源”“创新是第一动力”的有效途径,是应对新一轮大国博弈挑战的关键举措,也是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的重要保障。弘扬科学家精神是新时代实施科教兴国战略的精神动力,既有助于大力推动教育优先发展、加快建设教育强国,实现科技自立自强、加快建设科技强国,也有助于充分发挥人才引领驱动作用、加快建设人才强国。新时代弘扬科学家精神,要坚持党的全面领导、坚持人才引领驱动、坚持促进科教融合、坚持深化体制改革、坚持舆论宣传引导,使科学家精神内化于心、外化于行,激发各方面人才砥砺前行、团结奋斗。

It is considered as an effective route, a key initiative, and a guarantee to implement the strategy for invigorating China through science and education on all fronts in the new era. "Effective route" refers to the implementation of those famous theories: "Science and technology are primary productive forces", "Quality workforce is the first resources" and "Innovation is the first driving force". "A key initiative" is intended to rise to the challenges triggered by the new round of "superpower game". "A guarantee" is meant to build a socialist modern country on all fronts. Encouraging dedication to science can provide powerful motivation for the implementation of the strategy in the new era conducive to giving priority to education, accelerating the work to build a leading power of education and quality workforce, and in science and technology to realize its self-reliance and self-improvement and developing the quality workforce to reach their full potential. To fulfil the goal of dedication to science, we must uphold the CPC’s leadership, adhere to the quality workforce as the leading driving force, promote integration between science and education, deepen reforms, and lead public opinions in order to become committed to science both in words and deeds.
