承压设备火灾损伤合于使用评价标准的应用及探讨 被引量:1

摘要 本文研究了采用GB/T 35013—2018《承压设备合于使用评价》标准对某企业大面积过火压力容器及工业管道开展火灾损伤检验及合于使用评价的典型案例。结果显示受火设备能够通过火灾损伤2级评价,目前已安全服役近4年时间,验证了标准中火灾评价方法的可行性和正确性。另外,本文还结合本次评价工作对标准方法存在的问题进行了探讨,给出了建立受火材料硬度值与抗拉强度定量关系等建议,为火灾评价方法及标准的完善和修订提供了依据。 This paper investigated a typical inspection and fitness-for-service assessment case for the fire damage of pressure vessels and pipes according to GB/T 35013—2018 Fitness-for-service Assessment of Pressure Equipments. The results showed that the fired equipments could pass the level 2 assessment based on GB/T 35013—2018. Now, the fired equipments have been used safely for nearly 4 years, which proved the feasibility and correctness of fire assessment method in GB/T 35013—2018. In addition, this paper also discussed the problems in this method,and proposed some suggestions, such as establishing the quantitative relationships between the hardness and tensile strengths. These suggestions provide the basis for the improvement and revision of fire assessment method in standard.
