“职教20条”背景下高水平国际化师资队伍建设策略研究

摘要 中外合作办学是推进高等教育国际化的重要手段之一。杭州职业技术学院与新西兰维特利亚理工学院通过共建团队、共育人才、共建机制等共同培养具有国际化视野的复合型数字动漫设计人才,符合中国动漫产业转型升级的现实需求,符合“职教20条”的文件精神。因此,研究“职教20条”背景下的国际化师资队伍建设策略,旨在推进高水平师资队伍建设,提升教师专业教学能力、综合育人能力及国际化水平。
