摘要 本研究从高职英语教师参与教学竞赛视角,采用案例分析法及访谈法,结合参赛案例及日常教学反思对高职英语教师教学能力现状进行分析,并从理论学习、经验积累、竞赛探索和机制完善方面提出教师教学能力提升策略。 From the perspective of higher vocational English teachers’ participation in teaching competitions, this study uses case analysis and interview method to analyze the current situation of improving the teaching ability of higher vocational English teachers combined with the cases and daily teaching reflection, and puts forward strategies from the aspects of theoretical learning, experience accumulation, competition exploration and mechanism improvement.
