Research on teaching supervision in the new era higher vocational colleges

分析高职院校教学督导工作的现状和存在的问题,结合教学督导改革实践,提出新时代加强和改进高职院校教学督导工作的四大举措,即:提升督导队伍的督导能力、构建合理的督导评价机制、完善信息化的督导专用平台、组建多元的教学督导团队。

This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of teaching supervision in higher vocational colleges, combines with reform and practice, and proposes four major measures to strengthen and improve teaching supervision in higher vocational colleges in the new era, namely, improving the supervision ability of the supervision team, building a reasonable Supervision and evaluation mechanism, improving the information-based supervision platform, and setting up a diverse teaching supervision team.
