摘要
选取不同体育选项课的高职学生为实验对象,采用用专家访谈法,实验法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,对实验前后的体质健康数据进行统计和对比,分析了不同体育选项课对促进学生身体健康的优势和短板,并以此提出了相关建议,为进一步深化高职院校体育教学改革和促进学生体质健康提供参考。
This article takes vocational college students in different physical education optional courses as the experimental objects. It uses expert interviews, experimental methods, mathematical statistics and logical analyses to make statistics and comparisons of physical fitness data before and after the experiment, and analyzes different sports, the specialties and shortcomings of the optional courses to promote the physical health of students, and based on this, puts forward relevant suggestions to further deepen the reform of physical education in vocational colleges and provide references for promoting the physical health of students.
