激光熔覆修复30CrMnSiA合金钢的显微组织和性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对电动绞车滚筒磨损失效要求,采用多层多道激光熔覆对称填充坡口,对30CrMnSiA高强合金钢滚筒进行了同材质粉末激光熔覆修复,并对其接头组织、硬度、拉伸与冲击性能进行了研究分析。结果表明,熔覆接头热影响区出现了硬化现象,硬度最高值可达450 HV0.5,熔覆区硬度约为380 HV0.5,熔覆接头平均抗拉强度(1176 MPa)和平均屈服强度(1049 MPa)均为母材的104%,拉伸断裂于母材,30CrMnSiA增材-30CrMnSiA锻件室温冲击韧性(115.8 J/cm^(2))远超过了锻件标准值(49 J/cm^(2)),满足滚筒材料性能要求,修复性能可达到使用要求。 According to the wear failure requirements of electric winch roller,the multi-layer and multi-pass laser cladding was used to fill the groove symmetrically,the microstructure,hardness,tensile and impact properties of joint made of the same material as roller by powder laser cladding were studied.The results of 30CrMnSiA laser cladding test show that the joint hardening phenomenon occurs in the heat affected zone,the maximum hardness reaches 450 HV0.5,the hardness of cladding zone is about 380 HV0.5,and the average tensile strength and average yield strength of cladding joint are 1176 MPa and 1049 MPa respectively,both of them are 104%of the base metal,and the tensile fracture occurs in the base metal.The impact toughness of 30CrMnSiA additive-30CrMnSiA forging(115.8 J/mm^(2))far exceeds the standard value(49 J/mm^(2))of forging and meets the performance requirements of roller material.The repair performance can meet the use requirements.
