摘要
【目的】针对现有视频智能小车运动场景受限制、视频画面抖动、换向方式复杂等问题进行设计。【方法】一方面悬挂装置通过可转动的连接与地面自动匹配相对转角,另一方面悬挂装置的减震器可通过物理平衡的方式对车身进行回正。换向装置采用平行四边形换向装置。在平衡装置中通过陀螺仪和加速度传感器将信号传输至主控芯片,主控芯片通过内置算法来控制稳定装置内置的驱动电机,从而对角度进行修正。【结果】该设计实现了智能小车在复杂地形的稳定移动,提高了智能小车的机动性和视频传输画面的稳定性。利用平行四边形的特性,可使其更迅速平稳地进行换向。【结论】本研究成功解决了智能小车运动场景受限制、视频画面抖动、换向方式复杂的问题。
[Purposes]The existing video intelligent car is designed to solve the problems of limited motion scenes,jittery video images and complex reversing modes.[Methods]On the one hand,the suspension device can automatically match the relative angle with the ground through a rotatable connection,and on the other hand,the shock absorber of the suspension device can align the vehicle body through physical balance.The reversing device adopts parallelogram reversing device.In the balancing device,the signal is transmitted to the main control chip through the gyroscope and acceleration sensor,and the main control chip controls the built-in driving motor of the stability device to correct the angle through the built-in algorithm.[Findings]The stable movement of complex terrain was realized,and the mobility of the intelligent car and the stability of video transmission pictures were improved.By taking advantage of the characteristics of parallelogram,it can be more quickly and smoothly reversed.[Conclusions]Finally,the problems such as the limited motion scene of the intelligent car,the jitter of the video picture and the complex reversing mode are solved.
