知识产权保护中心专利导航服务模式探索——以南京市知识产权保护中心为例

Exploration of Patent Navigation Service Model of Intellectual Property Protection Center——Take Nanjing Intellectual Property Protection Center as an Example

【目的】分析南京市知识产权保护中心专利导航服务实践经验,为我国知识产权保护中心专利导航服务体系建设提供建议。【方法】以南京市知识产权保护中心重点产业、企业专利导航服务实践、专利导航数据库建设、专利导航服务基地建设、人才培养工作等为分析对象,剖析知识产权保护中心在专利导航服务实践过程中存在的问题。【结果】知识产权保护中心的专利导航服务体制建设有待增强、服务覆盖面有待扩大、团队业务能力有待提高。【结论】我国知识产权保护中心需要建立健全产业、企业、高校专利导航工作支撑体系,完善专利导航人才培养模式,以提高专利导航服务能力,促进产业技术创新,优化区域资源配置。

[Purposes]To analyze the practical experience of patent navigation service in Nanjing Intellectual Property Protection Center and provide suggestions for the construction of patent navigation service system in China's intellectual property protection center.[Methods]The key industries,enterprise patent navigation service practice,patent navigation database construction,patent navigation service base construction and talent cultivation work of Nanjing Intellectual Property Protection Center were taken as the analysis objects,and the problems existing in the process of patent navigation service practice of the Intellectual Property Protection Center were analyzed.[Findings]The institutional construction of patent navigation service of the intellectual property protection center needs to be enhanced,the service coverage needs to be expanded,and the business ability of the team needs to be improved.[Conclusions]China's intellectual property protection center needs to establish and improve the support system for patent navigation work of industries,enterprises and universities,and improve the training mode of patent navigation talents,so as to improve patent navigation service capacity,promote industrial technology innovation and optimize regional resource allocation.
