Improve the Retrieval Efficiency of Patent Application with Intelligent Retrieval System

【目的】随着专利申请数量的增加,不断提升专利审查质量和效率变为尤为重要,而“质效兼顾”是每个审查员的希望和目标。【方法】简单介绍了国家知识产权局基于智能化检索的思想,自主开发的智能化检索系统,并通过三个实际案例探究如何通过智能化检索系统提高专利申请的检索效能。【结果】该智能化检索系统功能更加强大且操作便利,有助于提高检索的效能。【结论】审查员需要充分利用智能检索系统提供的各项功能,不断积累检索经验和技巧,进一步提高检索效能。

[Purposes]With the increase of the number of patent applications,it is particularly important to constantly improve the quality and efficiency of patent examination."having both quality and efficiency"is the hope and goal of each examiner.[Methods]This paper briefly introduces the intelligent retrieval system independently developed by the State Intellectual Property Office based on the idea of intelligent retrieval,and explored how to improve the retrieval efficiency of patent applications through the intelligent retrieval system through three actual cases.[Findings]The function of the intelligent retrieval system was strengthened and the operation was convenient,which was helpful to improve the efficiency of retrieval.[Conclusions]Examiners need to make full use of the functions provided by the intelligent retrieval system to continuously accumulate retrieval experience and skills,and then to achieve the goal of improving retrieval efficiency.
