摘要
【目的】为了提高康复训练过程中的趣味性,在康复训练器械中增加娱乐弹性击球结构,防止双侧上肢前后运动带动娱乐复训练机构进行训练过程中出现弹射机构撞伤患者的情况。【方法】本研究将康复训练机构存在的技术问题转化为TRIZ语言,使用TRIZ矛盾矩阵得出11个有效解,并得到分割原理为最优解。【结果】手柄与弹射机构通过钩接机构进行连接,利用齿轮、偏心轮、棘齿机构实现患者双手在运动到任何位置后,实现手柄与弹射机构的自动分离。【结论】通过TRIZ矛盾矩阵为娱乐康复机构设计中出现的问题指明解决方向,设计出的娱乐康复训练器能在击球过程中,使手柄与弹射机构分离,从而保证患者免受伤害。
[Purposes]Improve the fun in the process of rehabilitation training,increase rehabilitation training equipment to increase entertainment elastic strike structure.Patients with both upper and backward movements on both sides driving entertainment re-training institutions during training to prevent injuries to patients.[Methods]Transform the technical problems existing in the rehabilitation training institution into the TRIZ language,use TRIZ′s contradiction matrix,obtain 11 effective solutions,and obtain the principle of division as optimal solution.[Findings]Use the handle to connect with the ejection mechanism through the hook mechanism,and use the gear,eccentric wheel,and spiny tooth mechanism to move the automatic separation of the handle and the ejection mechanism with both hands to any position.[Conclusions]Through the TRIZ′s contradiction matrix,the problem of solutions in the design of the entertainment rehabilitation mechanism is designed,and the handle is separated from the ejection mechanism during the hitting process of the entertainment rehabilitation trainer to protect the patient from suffering from harm.
