南海某B平台开发项目系列技术革新促提前投产

摘要 在南海某B平台开发项目推进过程中,项目提前投产面临四大难题:按设计投产必备的6寸注水软管未及时铺设到位;工艺及电力系统需所依托的中心平台停产方能接入;紧急工况下置换泵无备用泵;停产后通球扫线时卡球反推及停产复产海管反向预热的反输物流接收。生产准备组通过创新思路和优化工艺,成功解决了以上制约项目提前投产的难题,实现该平台开发项目相较于ODP设计提前54 d投产,提前贡献产量,避免产量损失,创造了经济效益,能够为其他海上油气田开发项目提供极高的借鉴价值。 With the South China Sea platform B development project’s carrying forward, the early commission of the project had to be faced with four major problems. First of all, according to the requirements of ODP( overall development program), the 6-inch water injection flexible pipeline necessary for commission had not been laid yet. Moreover, the insertion of the process pipeline system and the electrical system needed the shutdown of the central platform. Thirdly, in case of emergency, the only displacement pump did have no spare pump. Finally, there existed the problem of reception of backward flow of oil and gas, when the pig used to displace the 10-inch subsea pipeline after shutdown of the platform B needed a reverse push under the situation of getting stuck,and when the 10-inch subsea pipeline needed pre-heating before resuming production from shutdown of the platform B. Through innovating methods and optimizing techniques, the production preparation group successfully solved the above problems. A series of technological innovations achieved commissioning 54 days earlier compared with the plan of ODP, contributed thousands of cubic meters oil equivalent ahead of schedule, avoided production loss by thousands of cubic meters oil equivalent. It created economic benifits, and also provided valuable and recommendable measures for other offshore oilfield development projects.
