Through the analysis and summary of the fire risk in large oil tank area, the essay behaves the difficulties of fire-fighting in oil tank from the aspects of fire control, fire extinguishing agent guarantee and fire-fighting operation. In view of the difficulties in fire-fighting, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward, such as effectively cooling adjacent tanks, building dike drainage to eliminate flowing fire and vigorously guaranteeing the supply of fire extinguishing agent.
