摘要
文章是对J公司火炬气回收系统进行优化,J公司现有火炬气回收系统无法及时回收火炬气,且现有湿式气柜及压缩机年久失修,现有火炬气回收系统不能满足规范及环保要求,因此对现有火炬气回收系统进行优化改造,拆除湿式气柜及压缩机,按规范新增干式气柜回收可燃性气体,并增加凝缩液罐及螺杆压缩机,改造相应工艺配套流程,以达到优化火炬气回收系统,节能减排、保护环境、降低加工损失、节能降耗,提高企业经济效益的目的。
The article is to optimize the torch gas recovery system of J Company.The existing torch gas recovery system of J Company cannot recover the torch gas in time,and the existing wet gas holder and compressor are out of repair for a long time.The existing torch gas recovery system cannot meet the specifications and environmental protection requirements.Therefore,the existing torch gas recovery system is optimized,the wet gas holder and compressor are removed,and the new dry gas holder is added according to the specifications to recover combustible gas.In addition,condensate tanks and screw compressors are added,and corresponding process supporting processes are modified to optimize the flare gas recovery system,save energy and emissions,protect the environment,reduce processing losses,save energy and reduce consumption,and improve the economic benefits of the enterprise.
