某风电场箱变高压侧越级跳闸及箱变烧毁的原因分析

摘要 随着风机容量的不断增大,大容量风机所配的箱变高压侧已为断路器,而箱变低压侧断路器脱扣器定值均为出厂设定值,定值偏大且灵敏度不够,未与高压侧断路器进行严格的上下级配合,在箱变低压侧发生严重故障时,导致高压侧越级动作。文章对一起220kV风电场箱变高压侧越级跳闸及箱变烧毁事件进行分析,并提出整改防范措施。 With the continuous increase of the fan capacity,the high-voltage side of the box transformer equipped with large capacity fans is now a circuit breaker,while the setting values of the circuit breaker releases on the low-voltage side of the box transfbnner are factory set values,which are too large,and the sensitivity is not enough.There is no strict coordination between the upper and lower levels with the high-voltage side of the circuit breaker.When a serious fault occurs on the low-voltage side of the box transformer,the high-voltage side acts step by step.This paper analyzes a case of burning out of box transformer substation caused by the failure of low voltage side of box transformer in 220 kV wind farm,and puts forward rectification and preventive measures.
