摘要
数控磨削加工过程中容易产生振动,在工件表面形成振动波纹及形状误差,进而恶化加工质量,加剧砂轮磨损,降低生产效率,同时振动对机床的性能和使用寿命有一定危害。因此,研究磨削加工过程中产生的振动信号具有重要意义。本文选用LabVIEW作为开发环境,开发了一套数控磨床振动监控系统,实现了数控磨床振动信号的数据采集、分析、处理以及存储,并在数控磨削加工现场进行测试,验证了软件的可靠性和实用性。
In the process of NC grinding,:it is easy to produce vibration,which will form vibration ripples and shape errors on the surface of the workpiece,which will worsen the processing quality,aggravating the grinding wheel wear and reducing the production efficiency.At the same time,vibration will do some harm to the performance and service life of the machine tool.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the vibration signal generated in the grinding process.In this paper,LabVIEW is selected as the development environment,and a vibration monitoring system of CNC grinding machine is developed・The data acquisition,analysis,processing and storage of vibration signals of CNC grinding machine are realized,and the reliability and practicability of the software are verified by testing in the CNC grinding field.
