摘要 随着互联网、人工智能等技术在电力行业的广泛应用,DCS技术得到迅速的发展和完善。国产DCS系统在600MW及以上机组的广泛应用,打破了国外DCS系统垄断的现状,表现出较强的国际影响力和竞争力。同时,由于电厂DCS控制规模增大,过程控制也有更加严格的要求,DCS系统作为中央控制系统发挥着越来越重要的作用,在机组安全性和经济性方面也起着举足轻重的影响。文章简述火力发电机组DCS控制系统自主可控改造的必要性及可行性,以托克托某电厂为例,总结自主可控DCS改造项目的经验,对日后火电机组自主可控工程开展实施具有一定参考价值。 With the wide application of Internet,artificial intelligence and other technologies in the power industry,DCS technology has been rapidly developed and improved.The wide application of domestic DCS systems in units of 600 MW and above has broken the status quo of the monopoly of foreign DCS systems,showing high international influence and competitiveness.At the same time,due to the increase in the scale of DCS control in power plants,the process control also has more stringent requirements.As a central control system,the DCS system plays an increasingly important role,and also plays a pivotal role in the safety and economy of the unit.This paper briefly describes the necessity and feasibility of the autonomous and controllable transfonnation of the DCS control system of thennal power generating units.Taking a power plant in Tuoketuo as an example,it summarizes the experience of the autonomous and controllable DCS transformation project,which has certain reference for the implementation of the autonomous controllahle project of thermal power generating units in the future.
