摘要
焦炉生产结构比较复杂、使用年限长、投资规模大,因此为了能顺利投产开工,必须对焦炉进行高质量的烘炉加热。文章将目标规划、最优烘炉工艺模型构建、温度控制系统自适应建模、变参数控制、神经网络及过程优化控制技术集成应用于焦炉烘炉过程控制系统,有效地解决了基于长炉龄低功耗烘炉工艺模型优化、烘炉系统动态模型在线辨识、神经网络温度在线预测控制等关键技术问题。
Coke oven production structure is very complicated,it has long service life,large-scale investment,in order to start production smoothly,the coke oven must be high-quality heating oven.The system integrates objective programming,optimal process modeling,adaptive modeling of temperature control system,variable parameter control,neural network and process optimization control technology into coke oven process control system,the key technical problems,such as the optimization of process model for long-life and low power consumption drying furnace,on-line identification of dynamic model of drying system and on-line predictive control of temperature based on neural network are effectively solved.
