摘要
目前,IT运维人员智能调度方法设计的过程中,没有相关调度参数的预处理,增加了很多干扰信息和智能调度的成本。基于此,提出基于遗传算法的it运维人员智能调度方法,通过考虑调度成本的rr运维人员调度问题的相关集合和参数,并处理其参数数据,进而搭建IT运维人员智能调度模型,最后通过自适应算子实现IT运维人员智能调度。分析某公司实际案例,发现本文设计的基于遗传算法的IT运维人员智能调度方法的调度成本较低,最高成本不超过3万元,降低了运维人员调度的成本,可使智能调度工作顺利进行。
In the process of designing the intelligent scheduling method for IT operation and maintenance personnel,there is no preprocessing of relevant scheduling parameters,which adds a lot of interference information and increases the cost of intelligent scheduling.Based on this,an intelligent scheduling method for IT operation and maintenance personnel based on genetic algorithm is proposed.By considering the relevant sets and parameters of the IT operation and maintenance personnel scheduling problem with scheduling costs,and processing its parameter data,an intelligent scheduling model for IT operation and maintenance personnel is built.Finally,the intelligent scheduling of IT operation and maintenance personnel is realized through adaptive operators.By analyzing the actual case o£a company,it is found that the intelligent scheduling method for IT operation and maintenance personnel designed in this paper based on genetic algorithm has a low scheduling cost,with the maximum cost not exceeding 30000 yuan,which reduces the scheduling cost of operation and maintenance personnel and enables the intelligent scheduling work to proceed smoothly.
