摘要
目前,智能配电网10kV馈线FA关键技术已在城市配电网中广泛应用,为用户提供更加优质、稳定、安全的电能,有效提高了供电系统的可靠性。为了进一步提高配电网恢复供电能力,提升电网大面积停电事故处置能力,研究大面积停电快速恢复供电策略算法,本文采用分阶段快速生成最优恢复供电方案,其中,复电转供算法已完成在许继TOSCAN-D3000配电自动化管理系统中验证和工程现场部署。
At present,the key technology of the 10 kV feeder FA of the intelligent distribution network has been widely used in the urban distribution network,providing users with more high-quality,stable and safe electric energy,and effectively improving the reliability of the power supply system.In order to further improve the power supply recovery capacity of the distribution network and improve the handling capacity of large-scale power outages.The strategy and algorithm of fast power supply restoration after large-scale blackout are studied,and the optimal power supply restoration scheme is quickly generated by stages.The algorithm of power restoration and transfer has been verified in Xuji TOSCAN-D3000 distribution automation management system and deployed on the project site.
