养老院智慧化建设研究——以南宁市WM养老院为例

针对国内日渐增大的养老床位、护理人员缺口,如何提升养老机构床位利用率和护理人员工作效率成为了养老机构管理者关注的重点。以南宁市WM养老院为例,从养老院智慧化建设的网络覆盖、智慧化建设情况等角度分析WM养老院建设现状,提出WM养老院智慧化建设方案,建成后能提升养老院管理层对院内经营状况的管控能力、提高护理人员的工作效率。

In view of the increasing shortage of nursing beds and nursing staff in China,how to improve the bed utiliza-tion rate of nursing institutions and the working efficiency of nursing staff has become the focus of nursing institution man-agers.Taking Nanning WM Nursing Home as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of WM Nursing Home construction from the perspectives of network coverage and intelligent construction of the Nursing Home,and proposes an intelligent construction plan for WM Nursing Homes.Improve the management and control ability and improve the work effi-ciency of nursing staff.
