基于PLC的5G智能运输车设计

摘要 随着高职院校的百万扩招,在校生对实训室仪器设备的需求也与日俱增。苏州工业职业技术学院汽车工程系为解决实验实训室仪器设备的运输问题,研发设计一款基于PLC线控技术,加装了5G Wi-Fi功能模块的智能运输车。该智能运输车控制系统采用信捷PLC编程工具软件进行编写,使得智能运输车在特定的情况下,实现具有各工况的行驶功能,操作者可远程遥控智能运输车实现前进、后退、左转、右转、刹车等不同工况动作,并能让其按照遥控指令执行规定的操作作业。 With the million enrollment expansion of high vocational colleges,the demand of students for training room instruments and equipment is also increasing.In order to solve the transportation problem of instruments and equipment in the experiment and training room,the Automotive Engineering Department of Suzhou Polytechnic developes and designs an intelligent transport vehicle based on PLC wire control technology and equipped with 5G Wi-Fi function module.The control system of the intelligent transport vehicle is compiled with the software of the Xinjie PLC programming tool,the intelligent transport vehicle can realize the driving function of each working condition under specific circumstances.The operator can remotely control the intelligent transport vehicle to achieve forward,backward,left,right,brake and other actions under different working conditions,and enable it to perform the specified operations according to the remote control instructions.
