以量化评估为基础的分层护理模式对老年腰椎间盘突出症患者康复效果的影响

Effect of Stratified Nursing Model Based on Quantitative Evaluation on Rehabilitation Effect in Elderly Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:探讨以量化评估为基础的分层护理模式对老年腰椎间盘突出症患者康复效果的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法将104例老年腰椎间盘突出症患者分为对照组52例(采用常规护理)和观察组52例(采用基于量化评估的分层护理);比较两组恢复时间,疼痛程度[采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)],生活自理能力(采用Barthel指数评定量表),生活质量[采用简明健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)],并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果:干预后,两组VAS评分均低于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);干预后,两组Barthel、SF-36评分均高于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总满意度高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:以量化评估为基础的分层护理模式应用于老年腰椎间盘突出症患者中,可获得较好康复效果,有利于减轻患者疼痛症状,能够改善患者生活自理能力,提高生活质量,减少并发症发生,患者护理满意度较高且安全可靠。

Objective:To explore the rehabilitation effect of the stratified nursing model based on quantitative evaluation in elderly patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of 104 elderly patients with lumbar disc herniation were by the random number table method divided into the control group with 52 cases,routine nursing was given and the observation group with 52 cases,stratified nursing based on quantitative evaluation was given.The recovery time,pain perception by VAS,self-care ability by Barthel index rating scale,quality of life by SF-36,the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between thee two groups.Results:After intervention,the VAS scores were lower in both groups than those before intervention(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).After intervention,the Barthel scores and SF-36 scores were higher in both groups than those before intervention(P<0.05),and those the observation group were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The overall nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of the stratified nursing model based on quantitative evaluation in elderly patients with lumbar disc herniation can achieve better rehabilitation effect,help to relieve pain symptoms,improve their self-care ability,improve their quality of life,an reduce complications,with high,safe and reliable nursing satisfaction in patients.
