三维五感促醒疗法联合手厥阴经电刺激在颅脑损伤昏迷患者中的应用

Application of Three-dimensional Five-sense Awakening Therapy Combined with Electric Stimulation of Hand Jueyin Meridian in Coma Patients with Brain Injury

目的:探讨三维五感促醒疗法联合手厥阴经电刺激在颅脑损伤昏迷患者中的应用效果。方法:将2018年11月1日~2020年11月30日收治的84例颅脑损伤昏迷患者根据入院时间分为对照组和研究组各42例,对照组实施常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上实施三维五感促醒疗法联合手厥阴经电刺激。比较两组苏醒情况、昏迷时间、昏迷情况[采用格拉斯哥昏迷指数(GCS)]、预后结局[采用格拉斯哥预后评分(GOS)]、意识状态水平[采用全面无反应评分量表(FOUR)]、意识恢复情况[采用修订版昏迷恢复量表(CRS-R)]。结果:研究组昏迷时间短于对照组(P<0.01),苏醒情况优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组GCS、GOS评分高于对照组(P<0.01);研究组FOUR、CRS-R评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:在颅脑损伤昏迷患者中应用三维五感促醒疗法联合手厥阴经电刺激,可使患者尽快苏醒,改善预后,促进意识恢复。

Objective:To explore the application effect of three-dimensional five-sense awakening therapy combined with electric stimulation of Hand Jueyin Meridian in coma patients with brain injury.Methods:During November 1,2018 to November 31,2020,106 patients with brain injury and coma were enrolled and divided into the control group and the study group according to the time of admission.with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the study group was given three-dimensional five-sense awakening therapy combined with electric stimulation of the Hand Juryin Meridian.Comparison was made between the two groups on awakening situation,coma time,coma by the Glasgow coma scale(GCS),prognosis,outcome by Glasgow outcome scale(GOS),consciousness level by the comprehensive no response rating scale(FOUR),consciousness recovery by the revised coma recovery scale(CRS-R).Results:The coma time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01),awakening time in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The GCS and GOS scores were higher in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.01).The FOUR and CRS-R scores higher in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of three-dimensional five-sense awakening therapy combined with electric stimulation of the Hand Jueyin Meridian can awaken the patients as soon as possible,improve the disease prognosis outcomes,and improve the recovery of conciousness.
