摘要
随着生活水平的提升,人们对海洋食品的安全性要求也越来越高。然而,人类活动对海洋环境的污染以及海洋食品原料养殖中的不当行为极大地影响了海洋食品的安全。因此,本文针对海洋食品从养殖到销售的各个环节分析了其安全性的影响因素,以促进我国海洋食品贸易的健康发展。
With the improvement of people’s living standard, the marine food safety requirement is higher and higher. However, the pollution of the marine environment by human activities and improper behavior in the farming of marine food raw materials have greatly affected the safety of marine food. In order to promote the healthy development of Chinese marine food trade, this paper analyzes the safety factors of marine food from aquaculture to sales.
