摘要
本文介绍了食品安全抽样工作现状、地位和方式,提出抽样工作中存在的问题,并针对问题提出改善措施,旨在顺利解决食品抽样问题,促进食品安全抽检工作的顺利开展与实施。
This paper introduces the present situation, status and methods of food safety sampling, puts forward the problems existing in the sampling work, and puts forward improvement measures to solve the problem of food sampling, so as to promote the smooth development and implementation of food safety sampling.
