摘要
为了从螺旋藻中获得具有美白功效的活性多肽,运用破壁提取、离心过滤的方式获得总蛋白,采用不同蛋白酶水解的方法获得多肽,对所得多肽进行酪氨酸酶抑制活性的筛选,进一步对具有活性的酶解多肽进行比较。结果证明先加入碱性蛋白酶,再加入木瓜蛋白酶进行双水解得到的多肽能够显著提高酪氨酸酶抑制活性。本文制得的螺旋藻多肽具有抑制酪氨酸酶活性、减少黑色素形成的作用,在预防、治疗色素沉着和黑色素瘤,用于化妆品美白剂等方面具有潜在价值。
To obtain whitening active peptides from Spirulina, cell wall broken extraction and centrifugal filtration was applied to obtain total protein. Then the protein was hydrolyzed by using different protease to obtain different peptides,for tyrosinase inhibition activity screening. The activity results proved that double enzymatic hydrolysis by combining of alkaline protease and papain can significantly improve the tyrosinase inhibition activity. The Spirulina peptides produced in this paper have the effect of inhibiting tyrosinase activity and reducing melanin formation, and are potentially valuable in the prevention and treatment of hyperpigmentation and melanoma, and for use as cosmetic whitening agents.
