^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像在非小细胞肺癌分期中的价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨非小细胞肺癌开展^(18)F-氟代脱氧葡萄糖(^(18)F-FDG)正电子发射计算机断层显像/计算机断层扫描(PET/CT)的作用。方法 选取非小细胞肺癌患者25例,均开展^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像检查,并采集病理组织标本开展病理检查,依据病理检查结果为患者实施临床分期,其中早期包含Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期患者,中晚期包含Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期患者。分析患者病理学检查情况;对比早期组与中晚期组患者临床资料、^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像参数;分析^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像参数诊断非小细胞肺癌临床分期情况。结果 在25例非小细胞肺癌患者中,病理学检查提示Ⅰ期4例、Ⅱ期5例、Ⅲ期3例、Ⅳ期13例。9例属于早期组,16例属于中晚期组。中晚期组患者鳞状细胞癌抗原或癌胚抗原水平相较高于早期组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中晚期组肿瘤标准摄取值的最大值以及肿瘤代谢体积相较高于早期组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像参数联合检测诊断非小细胞肺癌临床分期准确度相较高于单一检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 非小细胞肺癌患者开展^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像检查,能够有效诊断疾病分期,发挥重要作用。 Objective To analyze the role of^(18)F fluorodeoxyglucose(^(18)F-FDG) positron emission tomography/computed tomography(PET/CT) in non-small cell lung cancer. Methods The clinical data of 25 patients with non-small cell lung cancer admitted to our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent^(18)F-FDG PET/CT imaging, and pathological tissue samples were collected for pathological examination. According to the pathological examination results, the patients were divided into clinical stages, including stage I and stage II patients in the early stage and stage III and stage IV patients in the middle and late stage. The pathological examination of the patients was analyzed;The clinical data and^(18)F-FDG PET/CT imaging parameters were compared between the early group and the middle and late group;The parameters of^(18)F-FDG PET/CT imaging and the clinical staging of non-small cell lung cancer were analyzed. Results In 25 cases of non-small cell lung cancer, pathological examination showed that there were 4 cases in stage I, 5 cases in stage II, 3 cases in stage III and 13 cases in stage IV. 9 cases belonged to the early stage group and 16 cases belonged to the middle and late stage group. The levels of squamous cell carcinoma antigen or carcinoembryonic antigen in patients in the middle and late stage group were higher than those in the early stage group(P<0.05). He maximum value of tumor standard uptake valueand total glycolysis level in the middle and late stage group were higher than those in the early stage group(P<0.05). The accuracy of combined^(18)F-FDG PET/CT imaging parameters in diagnosing clinical stage of NSCLC was higher than that of single detection(P<0.05). Conclusion^(18)F-FDG PET/CT imaging in patients with non-small cell lung cancer can effectively diagnose the disease stage and play an important role.
