摘要
杏仁核肥大(AE)可能为颞叶癫痫(TLE)的一种亚型,这类患者在临床上与伴海马硬化(HS)颞叶癫痫患者不同。目前,关于伴AE颞叶癫痫的研究资料非常有限,系统性地回顾其流行病学、病因、临床特征、脑电图特点、病理类型和影像学表现,对提高神经内科医师及影像科医师对该病的检出率有重要临床意义。
Amygdala enlargement(AE) may define a subgroup of temporal lobe epilepsy(TLE) patients who are clinically different to those with HS. At present, the data on research of TLE with AE data are very limited. To this end, we systematically review its epidemiology, etiology, clinical manifestation, EEG characteristics, pathogenesis and image diagnosis, thereby improving the detection rate of neurologists and radiologists.
