超声极速成像脉搏波技术评价动脉弹性功能的相关研究进展

摘要 动脉硬化是心血管疾病(CVD)和死亡率的独立危险因素,其程度会随着年龄和血压的升高而增加,从而导致发生CVD事件(例如中风、心肌梗死和心力衰竭等)的风险增加。近年来越来越多研究关注在动脉发生硬化之前,通过超声技术评价动脉更早期的弹性功能改变,则可更早一步进行临床干预,改善患者预后。超声极速成像脉搏波(ufPWV)技术是目前一种新型的无创超极速超声成像技术,其操作相对简单和具有可重复性,目前国内外已有研究显示,ufPWV技术对区域或局部水平上的体内动脉弹性功能的评估具有参考价值。 Arteriosclerosis is an independent risk factor for cardiovascular disease(CVD) and mortality. Its degree increases with age and blood pressure, leading to an increased risk of CVD events(such as stroke, myocardial infarction, and heart failure). In recent years, more and more studies have focused on the use of ultrasound technology to evaluate the changes in the elastic function of the arteries at an earlier stage before the arteriosclerosis occurs, so that clinical interventions can be carried out earlier to improve the prognosis of patients. Ultrafast ultrasound imaging pulse wave velocity(ufPWV) technology is a new type of non-invasive ultra-velocity ultrasound imaging technology. Its operation is relatively simple and reproducible. At present, studies at home and abroad have shown that ufPWV technology is effective for regional or local levels of in vivo. The evaluation of arterial elastic function has reference value.
