基于洪水分析法的城市河流防洪排涝规划治理应用

摘要 临近城市的河流体系深深地威胁到人类的安全,惠阳区淡水河受到洪水的影响,对两岸居民造成了极大的经济损失,流域原有的防洪排涝工程已不能满足城市发展的需求。针对流域现状,基于洪水分析法,对淡水河分洪前和分洪后两种情况历年来的洪水流量进行计算分析,并结合计算结果在防洪区规划新建土堤和阻水建筑物,对排涝区的水闸和泵站进行重建等,提升了流域防洪排涝的能力,为城市河流规划治理提供了可靠经验。 The river system adjacent to the city is a deep threat to human safety. Freshwater rivers in Huiyang District have been affected by floods, which have caused great economic losses to residents on both banks. The original flood control and drainage works in the watershed can no longer meet the needs of urban development.According to the current situation of the river basin and based on the flood analysis method, this paper calculates and analyses the flood discharge of freshwater river in the past years under the two conditions before and after flood diversion. In combination with the calculation results, new earth embankments and water-resisting structures are planned in the flood control area, sluices and pumping stations in the drainage area are reconstructed, which improves the flood control and drainage capacity of the watershed and provides reliable experience for urban river planning and management.
