在喀麦隆区域成功开展水泥水化热试验

Successfully Launched Cement Hydration Heat Test in Cameroon

水泥水化热试验在国内已经得到充分开展和研究运用,但是在非洲喀麦隆地区此试验项目目前尚未开展,根据合同和监理工程师的要求,隆潘卡尔水电站要开展水泥水化热试验项目并采用法国规范进行试验,因为中西方的思想理念、思维方式不同,对规范的理解同样不一样,前期开展试验困难重重。主要阐述水化热试验过程中重点难点的控制,便于以后类似海外项目、特别是非洲市场成功开展水泥水化热试验。

Cement hydration heat test has been fully developed and studied in China, but this test project has not been carried out in Cameroon, Africa. According to the requirements of contract and supervisory engineer,Longpancar Hydropower Station will carry out cement hydration heat test project and carry out test according to French code. Because Chinese and Western thought concepts and thinking modes are different, understanding of the norms is also different, and it is difficult to carry out experiments in the early stage. This paper mainly describes the control of key and difficult points in the process of hydration heat test, so as to facilitate successful cement hydration heat test in similar overseas projects, especially in Africa market.
