摘要
阐述了瑞丽江一级电站调压井事故检修门在日常运行中存在的问题,对产生问题的原因进行分析,并提出了3种改造方案,为保证发电效益,结合电站的实际运行情况,选择更换无旋钢丝绳来解决闸门水平偏扭问题,同时施工不影响电站日常发电运行的处理方案。
This paper describes the problems existing in the daily operation of surge shaft accident overhaul gate of Ruilijiang I Hydropower Station, analyses the causes of the problems, and proposes three retrofit schemes.In order to ensure the power generation benefit, combined with the actual operation of the power plant, the replacement of non-rotating wire rope is selected to solve the problem of horizontal deflection of the gate, while the construction does not affect the daily power generation operation of the power plant.
