摘要
金沙江某大型电站机组下导轴承冷却方式原设计采用内循环方式,冷却器内置于下导油槽,检修难度较大,汛期大发电时如果出现冷却器漏水问题,将导致非计划停机,造成较大的电量损失。冷却方式改为外循环方式,冷却器布置在油槽外,设计互为主备用的二路,方便了检修维护,减少了汛期大发电电量损失,提高了设备运行可靠性。
The cooling mode of the lower guide bearing of a large unit in Jinshajiang Hydropower Station was designed by internal circulation. The cooler is located in the lower guide oil groove, which makes maintenance difficult. If there is water leakage in the cooler during large power generation in flood season, it will lead to unplanned shutdown and large electric loss. The cooling mode is changed to external circulation mode. The coolers are arranged outside the oil tank and the two main and standby circuits are designed, which facilitates maintenance, reduces the loss of large power generation during flood season and improves the reliability of equipment operation.
