摘要
在过去的几年中,中国已初步实现了水利事业的发展,水工建筑工程具有投资规模大,专业性强和建设周期长的特点,其能够推动社会发展、做到保护人民财产和生命安全的作用,同时在防洪、供水、灌溉几个方面都能起到非常重要的作用。但是现如今的水工建筑工程过程中往往只注重进度,忽略了质量的重要性,所以,水工建筑工程项目开始的实施必须要科学全面地制定控制策略,基于此,对水工建筑工程的质量计划及控制管理进行了研究。
China has initially realized the development of water conservancy in the past few years. Hydraulic engineering is characterized by large investment scale, strong specialization and long construction period.It can promote social development and protect people’s property and life safety. At the same time, it plays a very important role in flood control, water supply and irrigation. But nowadays, in the process of hydraulic construction engineering, only progress is paid attention to and the importance of quality is neglected. Therefore,the implementation of hydraulic construction project must scientifically and comprehensively formulate control strategy. Based on this, the quality planning and control management of hydraulic construction project are studied.
