涉河高速扩建工程的防洪复核分析及评价研究

摘要 建设工程往往对临近的河道泄洪、防潮、排涝、河势稳定、堤防安全等方面产生系列问题,以沈海高速深圳机荷段扩建工程建设中涉及对清湖水为工程背景,对涉河的建工工程项目对清湖水的影响进行分析,经过计算分析清湖水的防洪条件显示现有防洪条件满足行洪要求。从项目建设对区域水文规划、现有的防洪标准和技术管理、河道泄洪和河势和水工建筑设施的影响进行了系统分析,得出符合规范要求的结论,并提出建设和监测管理完善建议。 Construction works often cause a series of problems in flood discharge, moisture proofing, drainage,river regime stability and embankment safety of the adjacent rivers. Based on the background of Qinghu water involved in the construction of Shenzhen Airload Section Expansion Project of Shenhai High Speed, this paper analyses the impact of river-crossing construction project on Qinghu water. Through calculation and analysis of flood control conditions of Qinghu Lake, the results show that the existing flood control conditions meet the flood control requirements. The impact of project construction on regional hydrological planning, existing flood control standards and technical management, River discharge, river regime and hydraulic construction facilities is systematically analyzed. The results show that the project meets the requirements of specifications, and suggestions for construction, monitoring and management improvement are put forward.
