摘要 水利工程的建设关乎着国家的基础设施建设与经济发展,是广大人民群众生命健康和财产安全的重要保障,能否做好工程质量与安全监督管理工作直接决定了工程建设的成败。从实际的水利工程质量与安全监督管理工作出发,对水利工程质量与安全监督管理信息系统设计与实现应用平台建设、系统框架、需求分析、系统设计、业务操作等方面进行了探讨,基于B/S架构,设计并开发了一套网页端和移动端可协同使用的水利工程质量与安全监督管理信息系统。在提高监督管理工作效率的同时,还保证了工作的规范性、数据的准确性与安全性,对水利信息化的推动与发展具有重要意义。 The construction of water conservancy projects is related to the national infrastructure construction and economic development, and is an important guarantee for the life, health and property safety of the broad masses of the people. Whether the project quality and safety supervision and management can be well done directly determines the success of the project construction. Starting from the actual supervision and management of quality and safety of water conservancy projects, this paper discusses the design and implementation of information system for quality and safety supervision and management of water conservancy projects in the aspects of application platform construction, system frame, demand analysis, system design and business operation. Based on B/S structure, a set of supervisory management information system for quality and safety of hydraulic engineering which can be used together by web and mobile terminals is designed and developed. In addition to improving the efficiency of supervision and management, it also ensures the standardization of work, the accuracy and safety of data, which is of great significance to the promotion and development of water information.
