摘要
钢管约束混凝土(steel tube confined concrete, STCC)组合结构,就是在钢管内部浇筑混凝土,通过构造作用(在柱端将钢管断开)使得荷载仅施加在核心混凝土上。由于钢管只对核心混凝土起约束作用,不承担纵向荷载,从而有效地提高了混凝土的抗压强度和延性,钢管约束混凝土具有承载力高、延性好、施工方便、经济性能显著等优点。首先回顾了钢管约束混凝土组合结构的发展历史,然后从构件、节点和结构三个方面综述了钢管约束混凝土组合结构的研究现状、主要的理论发展和技术成果,最后总结了现有研究的不足。总之,建议提出更多材质、更多构造的金属管约束混凝土结构新体系,进一步研究该类结构的关键构造和动力特性,提出切实可行的设计方法并形成统一的设计规范。
Steel tube confined concrete(STCC) composite structure is to pour concrete inside the steel tube, so that the load is only applied to the core concrete through the structural action(breaking the steel tube at the column end). As the steel tube only has constraint to the core concrete, it does not bear any load longitudinally, thus effectively improves the compressive strength and ductility of the concrete. STCC has high loading capacity, good ductility, construction convenience, remarkable economic performance and other advantages. Firstly, the development history of STCC composite structure was reviewed, and then the research status, main theoretical development and technical achievements of STCC composite structures were summarized from three aspects: members, joints and structures. Finally, drawbacks of these studies were mentioned in the end. In conclusion, it is suggested that a new system of concrete structure confined by metal tube with more materials and structures should be proposed to further study the key structure and dynamic characteristics of this kind of structure, put forward the feasible design method and form the unified design criterion.
